Job Description
The TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT L2 role is responsible for providing solutions and bridging the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions, with a focus on techno-functional expertise and skills upgradation.
Requirements
- Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise
- Providing techno-functional solution support for all new business implementations
- Understanding functional design and technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system
- Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products
- Implementing business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology
- Providing product support and maintenance to clients
- Creating and deploying automation tools/solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency
- Supporting on-site and off-site teams
- Clearing Wipro exams and internal certifications
- Attending trainings, seminars, and writing papers/articles/case studies
