TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT L2

The TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT L2 will provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions. The role will involve driving end-to-end processes, providing techno-functional solution support, and supporting the solutioning team from architectural design to implementation.

Requirements

• Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise
• Driving end-to-end processes from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment
• Providing techno-functional solution support for all new business implementations
• Supporting the solutioning team from architectural design to implementation
• Understanding functional design and technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system
• Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating to the existing product by virtue of coding, testing, & production
• Implementing business processes, requirements, and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions
• Writing code as per the developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology
• Providing product support and maintenance to the clients for a specific ERP solution and resolving the day-to-day queries/technical problems
• Creating and deploying automation tools/solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency
• Sinking between technical and functional requirements of the project and providing solutioning/advice to the client or internal teams
• Supporting on-site manager with the necessary details wrt any change and off-site support
• Clearing Wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
• Attending trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/technical domain
• Writing papers, articles, case studies and publishing them on the intranet
