• Provide tool design, development, and deployment support for project delivery
• Interact with internal project or client to understand project requirements from a tool perspective
• Design solution keeping in mind tool requirements, current tools available, and details on licenses required
• Provide budget and timeline estimates for tool development/deployment as required
• Identify sources for new tool development (internal or 3rd party) and work with project managers on development
• Conduct commercial discussions with 3rd party vendors for licenses or tool development
• Conduct appropriate testing to ensure error-free deployment of the tool on the project
• Ensure deployment of tool on time and within the estimated budget
