Job Description
Good hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) is required. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls, is also necessary. Experience with troubleshooting network and security issues, as well as proficiency in performing configuration management, is a plus. Certification in Zscaler technologies is a plus.
Requirements
- Good hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Good understanding of network and security fundamentals
- Experience in configuration, and troubleshooting of Zscaler products (ZIA and ZPA)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls
- Understanding of zero-trust architecture for web security
- Experience with troubleshooting network and security issues
- Proficiency in performing configuration management
- Certification in Zscaler technologies (plus)
