Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong ability to gather, challenge, and formalize business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience acting as a bridge between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams
- Solid understanding of sales processes, sales pipelines, CRM workflows, and sales team dynamics
- Experience translating non-technical business workflows into structured technical requirements
- Experience coordinating with engineering teams, clarifying scope, and supporting delivery processes
- Knowledge of data integration processes and data flow mapping
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and understanding of Salesforce data structures
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Exposure to AI-driven products or intelligent automation solutions
