Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a Change Manager in complex, multi-stakeholder technology or security programmes
• Hands-on experience conducting impact assessments and designing structured change initiatives
• Track record of delivering training and adoption programmes for operational teams
• Experience creating and embedding operational playbooks in live service environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities across business and technical teams
