Job Description
Wire IT is looking for a Proxy Product Owner - Security Analytics to join their team based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves strong experience in data and Business Intelligence projects, as well as expertise in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI.
Requirements
- Strong experience in data and Business Intelligence projects
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile / Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow incident backlogs
- Experience coordinating RUN activities and stabilizing solutions after the build phase
- Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI
- Solid SQL skills for data analysis and investigation
- Experience working with JIRA
- Good general IT knowledge (APIs, protocols, networking concepts)
- Experience implementing monitoring and alerting for data platforms
- Ability to define and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Experience supporting and training users on reports and data models (self-BI)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Decisive, outcome-focused, and able to work in complex environments
- Fluent English (mandatory)
