Job Description
The Regional Organizing Director is a manager-level role for a seasoned community organizer and coach who leads the grassroots movement in a key region of Wisconsin. The director is responsible for building volunteer teams, local infrastructure, and community relationships to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in electoral organizing
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers
- Strong proficiency in Votebuilder (VAN)
- Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently
- Multiple cycles of electoral organizing experience
