Seasonal Adoption Counselor - Milwaukee Campus

The Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) is looking for seasonal, part-time Adoption Counselors to join our Client Services and Animal Care team. As a seasonal Adoption Counselor, you will make an impact by offering valuable services to the community and providing support to animals.

Requirements

• Commit to a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental approach with all clients, callers, and coworkers
• Help animals find new homes via our same-day adoption process
• Support client questions in person, by phone, and via email
• Process register transactions and support customers with products in retail store
• Maintain accurate and objective records in our animal management software
• Work cooperatively within your own department and cross departmentally
