Seasonal Animal Care Technician - Ozaukee Campus

The Wisconsin Humane Society is hiring part-time and full-time seasonal Animal Care Technicians. The role provides hands-on care, enrichment, and other services for animals. ACTs work onsite at the Ozaukee Campus, providing a rewarding career that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and people.

Requirements

• Provide animals with food, water, enrichment, and other essential daily needs
• Maintain clean animal housing following our high standard cleaning guidelines
• Provide initial exams and vaccinations for animals at time of intake
• Administer medical treatments under the direction of our veterinary team
• Partner with our behavior team to ensure safe handling and care of animals
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in our animal management software
• Commit to a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental approach with all clients, callers, and coworkers
