Wildlife Program Manager - Milwaukee Campus

The Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) is hiring a full-time Wildlife Program Manager to lead their wildlife work, including caring for thousands of orphaned and injured wild animals each year, and offering community support on how to co-exist with our wild neighbors safely.

Requirements

• Manage program's team of wildlife rehabilitator staff, seasonal interns, and volunteers
• Develop and execute strategic operating plan for the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center
• Establish rehabilitation protocols and stay current on best practices and trends
• Oversee budget management and planning for the team and program
• Partner with the Marketing and Communication teams to provide content to share with the community
