AI Solutions Analyst

WisdomTree is seeking an early-career AI Solutions Analyst to help develop and support practical AI solutions across the firm. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or candidate with 1+ years of experience who is highly fluent in modern AI tools and excited to help translate business needs into lightweight, scalable AI workflows and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong familiarity with widely used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft productivity and automation tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar platforms
• Clear interest in applied AI, workflow improvement, solution development, and business enablement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical approaches
• Comfort learning new platforms quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through
• Analytical mindset with good judgment and attention to detail
