We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and our service department.
Requirements
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
- Communicate repair progress and completion timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review completed repairs and invoices with customers.
- Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals and dealership performance standards.
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
- Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
