Job Description
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team at Shasta Harley-Davidson. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and retail sales in our Parts Department, with responsibilities including selling parts, taking inventory, and providing high-level service to internal and external customers. We prefer prior Automotive Dealership experience, but not required. Requirements
- At least 3 months of experience or related training
- Experience in both front and back of parts counter
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Strong math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights of 25 feet or more
