Job Description
The Parts Counter Person is responsible for assisting service technicians and retail customers with identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts and accessories for Hyundai vehicles.
Requirements
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Hyundai parts catalogs and systems is desirable
- Experience using Dealertrack DMS or other dealership management systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Basic computer skills and inventory management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
