Director of Development

For more than 50 years, Wise & Healthy Aging has been serving older adults at all stages of their lives. The Director of Development will bolster and manage our fund development infrastructure by creating and expanding a consistent, diversified, and flexible funding base.

Requirements

• Collaborates with the Board of Directors and the President & CEO to implement, analyze, and evaluate donor strategies related to reaching fundraising goals.
• Executes a comprehensive fundraising plan that increases unrestricted revenue, improves donor retention, and positions WISE for financial resilience.
• Manages all individual, foundation and corporate donors and building meaningful connections to secure ongoing support.
• Conducts prospect research and evaluation of potential individual, foundation, and corporate donors.
• Solicits donations from individual and corporate donors.
