Requirements

• Pedagogical Direction: Supervise and guide the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring that teaching practices are consistent with the constructivist approach.
• Teaching Management: Conduct class observations, offer individualized mentoring, and coordinate ongoing teacher training to ensure excellence in the classroom.
• Curricular Innovation: Evaluate and update study programs to maintain their relevance and alignment with the needs of the current world and university requirements.
• Comprehensive Evaluation: Implement formative and summative evaluation strategies that measure the development of competencies and skills, not just memorization.
• Student and Parent Relationship: Actively participate in student academic orientation (career and university choice) and maintain effective communication with families.
• Academic Administration: Coordinate schedules, materials, grade management, and SEP regulatory compliance.
