Job Description
A leading dermatological and cosmetic company is seeking its next Country Manager to lead the Chilean subsidiary. The person will be responsible for the company's overall vision, commercial growth, and operational results, acting as the main link between global strategy and local execution.
Requirements
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement the company's business roadmap to consolidate the brand in the Chilean market.
- Leadership and Culture: Guide the local team towards the achievement of ambitious goals, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Minimum 5 years in executive positions within the dermatological and cosmetic industry or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Finance with a Master's or Specialization (MBA desirable).
- 100% bilingual (Spanish/Advanced English).
- Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem in Chile.
- A minimum of 4 years of labor stability.
