We are searching for an AI Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. As part of the Marketing Team, you will design, execute, and optimise intelligent marketing programs that leverage AI, automation, and dataādriven insights to accelerate growth across all Wishpond Technologies brands.
Requirements
- Develop and execute AIāenhanced marketing initiatives across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, social media, and product marketing.
- Use AI tools, predictive analytics, and automation to optimise campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and support revenueādriven objectives.
- Ensure consistent, highāquality brand messaging across all channels, leveraging AI for content generation, testing, and personalisation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation through automated forecasting and performance modelling.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, valuesādriven culture.
- Implement a culture of experimentation using A/B testing, machineālearning insights, and performance dashboards.
- Support the development of AIāpowered goātoāmarket strategies that drive product adoption and business growth.
- Contribute to marketing strategies that support overall business growth and product adoption.
- Optimise existing channels (email, social, website, paid media) using automation, segmentation, and realātime performance insights.
- Stay current with emerging AI marketing technologies and recommend tools that improve efficiency and impact
