We are looking for a QA Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis and ensure the quality and stability of our platform. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud (logs, environments, services)
- Interest or experience in AI agents, conversational flows, and LLM-based systems from a QA perspective
- Willingness to learn and implement automation
- Strong experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration)
- Solid experience in test case design, execution, and bug reporting
- Experience participating in bug triage and prioritization
- Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools
- Experience with API testing
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and QA methodologies
- A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills with developers, Product Managers, and QA peers
- High level of ownership, accountability, and autonomy
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues early
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and question requirements
- Full transparency in reporting status, blockers, and progress
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
- Technical, analytical, results-driven, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
