Litigation Paralegal

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will have a pivotal role as part of our legal team in providing efficient and effective legal services to our clients. You will play a crucial part in assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation while ensuring all documentation and information are organized and readily available. Your role directly impacts the success of our cases, client satisfaction, and the overall functioning of our legal practice.

Requirements

• Certification in paralegal studies or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, products liability, or other injury related practice areas.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and case management software including WestLawNext.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of legal ethics and confidentiality.
