Job Description
WithersRavenel is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects. The role involves leading teams, managing projects, and fostering innovation in sustainable infrastructure. It's a hybrid position based in Greensboro, NC, requiring client service, mentorship, and strategic planning skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 10+ years of engineering/industry experience
- 10+ years of experience managing utility projects (primarily water and sewer related)
- Experience managing financial performance, schedules, and deliverables
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, distribution, collection, and related infrastructure
- Established track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
