We are looking for an AI Creative Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a creative production or AI-focused role and be proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role; proven experience delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, ComfyUI, etc.). Skilled in model training for product or branded imagery.
• Creative & Aesthetic Sense: Strong design sensibility with a proven ability to align AI outputs to specific brand styles.
• Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated record of experimentation and successful integration of emerging AI solutions in real-world campaigns.
• Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills; comfortable leading discussions on AI-driven concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
