The Creative Account Support Specialist role requires effective internal communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders across disciplines, assisting in preparing client updates, maintaining deliverable documentation, and tracking project assets and managing QA. The role also involves providing support to the Account Management team as needed.
Requirements
- Facilitate internal communication between multiple internal stakeholders across teams and departments
- Support the preparation and maintenance of client updates, presentations, status sheets, asset trackers and file organization
- Maintain tasks, assignments, asset delivery in Asana and other Project Management tools as needed
- Coordinate with our network of creators to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to project specifications
- Compile campaign performance metrics and create reporting decks using data visualization and internal tools
- Ensure client requirements are met, proofread deliverables, and conduct QA of all assets before they go live
- Create presentation materials and data summaries to be reviewed by senior account staff for internal and client-facing meetings
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/asks simultaneously
- Support Account Management team across both client and internal needs
