Job Description
WITHIN is seeking a Paid Media Manager to oversee campaigns across various digital marketing channels, including social media, search, and display. The role involves client relationship management, team mentoring, and data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness. This is a fully in-office position based in Bogotá, Colombia, with a 12:30pm - 9:30pm IST work schedule.
Requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing buyers or strategists.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Prioritize own and others tasks based on client needs.
- Fluent in English.
