Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical skills, comfortable navigating unfamiliar tools and technical documents
- Ability to work well in small, collaborative teams and communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms
- Strong growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of success, with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Familiarity with JavaScript and React basics
- Experience troubleshooting API connections, inspecting network requests, and identifying errors in the console
- Proven experience with vibe coding tools - an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field - an advantage
