Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us spread the power of Wiz by identifying and attracting top talent. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who’s truly passionate about recruiting.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles
• Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics
• A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
