Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles
- Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
