Analyst I, Business Solutions

Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align business solutions with the company strategy and initiatives. Works with management and individual team leaders to contribute strategic vision and integrate a broad range of ideas regarding business solutions development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
• One (1) year of relevant experience (in addition to education requirement)
• Preferred: PMI Certification
• Effective communicator with the ability to lead and influence others
