Job Description
A CDL Truck Driver - Commercial position at WM (formerly Waste Management) is available. The job involves operating heavy-duty trucks, navigating high-traffic and congested roadways, and performing essential and meaningful work. Drivers will transport material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility and provide pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material.
Requirements
- 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years
- must be at least 18 years of age
- legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- (CDL)-Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A, with an air-brake endorsement or (CDL)-Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class B, with an air-brake endorsement
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports
