Job Description
The CDl Truck Driver-Residential is responsible for operating heavy-duty trucks to transport waste or recyclable material. Drivers will navigate high-traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots. The role requires highly skilled backing maneuvers and the ability to interact with the public.
Requirements
- Operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments
- Transport waste or recyclable material to a disposal, transfer, or recycle facility
- Provide pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material
- Navigate high-traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and document checks
- Attend and participate in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings
