Job Description
The CDL Truck Driver-Residential role at WM involves operating heavy-duty trucks to transport waste or recyclable material to disposal, transfer or recycle facilities. Drivers must navigate high-traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots, and perform backing maneuvers. The role requires a Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or B with an air-brake endorsement, and involves working on-site with a competitive total compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
Requirements
- 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL
- 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country
