The Digital Sales Representative is responsible for facilitating live Chat interactions to guide customers in completing a SMB sale while navigating the WM Web Portal. The role advises and counsels prospective customers by use of phone conversations (outbound / inbound), email, chat technology, and other channels to promote, sell, and enroll company products and related services.
Requirements
- Personalize interactions with potential new customers
- Use WM sales productivity software tools accurately and consistently
- Prepare reports as needed and/or handle general administrative duties
- Resolve challenging customer requests and collaborate with Inside Sales Reps/leadership
- Researching aspects of the waste and environmental services business
- Building relationships with buyers within key accounts
- Work with technical/operations staff to proactively address customer needs
