District Manager I

WM is seeking a District Manager I to lead daily operations in Woodland, CA, overseeing drivers, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving cost-effective operations.

Requirements

• Manage district's day-to-day operations
• Provide daily support to drivers in ensuring safety, service, and savings
• Ensure safety and compliance with Company, OSHA, and other standards and regulations
• Oversee department personnel needs, including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees and evaluating employee performance
• Formulate short-term and long-term goals and action plans
• Participate in regular P&L reviews to ensure that budgets are met
• Interact with local city, municipal, and county agencies to ensure customer satisfaction and negotiate new contracts
