Requirements
- Manages the District's day-to-day operations
- Ensures safety, service, and savings
- Oversees department personnel needs, including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees
- Formulates short-term and long-term goals and action plans
- Participates in regular P&L reviews
- Interacts with local city, municipal, and county agencies
