District Manager II

Manages the day-to-day collection operations of a single site with a potential for more sites, establishes and maintains performance and productivity metrics, and oversees department personnel needs.

Requirements

• Manages the District's day-to-day operations
• Ensures safety, service, and savings
• Oversees department personnel needs, including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees
• Formulates short-term and long-term goals and action plans
• Participates in regular P&L reviews
• Interacts with local city, municipal, and county agencies
