Job Description
WM is seeking a District Manager in Training to develop skills needed to lead daily operations of a district in Northern California or Nevada. The role provides hands-on experience with safety protocols, financial performance, and employee leadership. Relocation to a district within Northern California or Nevada is required after the 1-year training program.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 2 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years in a role with supervisory and/or P&L responsibility
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
