India Analyst, Process

As an India Analyst, Process, you will provide support in improving maintenance and operations performance by developing and implementing standardized processes. You will assist in providing in-process analysis, project management, and development support across various areas of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business or similar area of study
• Four years of prior work experience
• Basic knowledge and skills in one or more of the following: Experience in using a standard process or project methodology, Knowledge of continuous improvement and business process redesign methodologies, Experience in documenting system requirements, Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, LEAN and Six Sigma knowledge and prior application, Highly self-motivated and directed, Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail, Superior listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, Analytical and creative problem solving skills, Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong relationships with peers, Proficiency in using Microsoft office software
• May require basic skills in one or more of the following: Various technologies, databases, and applications including but not limited to: SIEBEL, Sigma Flow, ARIS, IP 4/5, SPSS, and SAS
