- Maintain professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers
- Follow standard procedures and introduce all new procedures into daily routine
- Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements
- Resolve problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency
- Return or resolve quality control issues in problem queues
- Generate reports and create MIS for the related role
