Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative role at Stericycle/Waste Management involves acquiring new customers, upgrading or converting current customer accounts to value-added service offerings, and selling services such as online OSHA portal and medical waste collection. The successful candidate will meet or exceed assigned performance metrics, qualify clients through consultative selling strategies, and use technology-based CRM tools for lead follow-up and sales cycle disposition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience in Sales/Marketing related work experience
• Ability to learn company billing/customer database software, features of all company products and services, at varying levels of account options
