Job Description
The Laborer Landfill position involves performing various tasks in a landfill, including containing loose refuse and directing traffic. The job requires manual labor, use of machinery, and physical separation of materials. Requirements
- Licenses as required by Local, State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.
- Manually picks up windblown paper from periphery of landfill.
- Uses mobile vacuum to gather loose paper and refuse.
- Directs the flow of trucks at the landfill entrance during heavy traffic.
- Lifts construction materials for projects related to site maintenance.
