Job Description
The Manager I, Environmental Protection, Landfill is responsible for administering and implementing Environmental Protection programs in assigned areas and districts. This position involves coordination with third-party contractors, waste acceptance managers, customers, and regulatory agencies. The role requires technical guidance on EP topics and regulatory environments, and involves monitoring and investigating compliance status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of environmental protection related experience (in addition to education requirements)
- Requires knowledge of regulatory environment as it applies to environmental protection and compliance
