Requirements

• Develops and implements category strategies aligned with enterprise objectives
• Leads RFx events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for assigned categories
• Manages supplier relationships
• Analyzes data and market trends to inform sourcing decisions
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
• Partners with business units to identify opportunities for process or cost improvements
• Negotiates major contracts and agreements
• Researches and develops a pipeline of qualified suppliers
• Tracks and reports on category performance
