Operations Manager

This role is responsible for onboarding, developing, and managing frontline employees, establishing positive relationships with them, and ensuring their safety and performance. The Operations Manager will spend most of their day in the field with frontline employees, conducting root cause investigations, reviewing documentation, and visiting customers to resolve safety issues.

Requirements

• 2 years of Transportation Management experience
• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work in a mix of office and plant/field environments
