Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for onboarding, developing, and coaching frontline employees, ensuring consistent communication and support, and promoting safety practices. This role involves regular review of best practices, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with employees to ensure continued success.
Requirements
- Requires 2 years of Transportation Management experience
- 80% of the day out in the field
- Associate's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma (accredited) and two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Valid Driver's License
