Operations Manager

Responsible for onboarding, developing, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of drivers and helpers, as well as establishing and maintaining positive relationships with frontline employees. Ensures new employees have tools, instruction, and feedback for successful daily duties and identifies and addresses improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma (accredited) and two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
• Valid Driver's License
