Job Description
WM is seeking a Senior Counsel, Employment Law to handle complex legal matters and projects related to employment and benefits law. The successful candidate will provide counsel to the company on legal rights and obligations, conduct research, and provide training to HR professionals and business leaders.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (accredited) - required
- At least 8 years of relevant experience working in large firm practicing in employment law or a mix of 8 years working in a large firm and in-house practicing employment law - required
- Experience with immigration law, Canadian and/or European employment law, Department of Transportation regulations, federal contractor requirements - preferred
