Requirements

• 1 year of previous experience
• Valid drivers license
• Valid Class G driver's license required
• Willingness to obtain a DZ license within the first year (training paid by WM)
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight within Ontario (up to one week at a time, a few times per year)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on, physical/labor-intensive work
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and transfer knowledge within a team environment
• Comfortable in customer-facing situations with solid communication and soft skills
