Senior Director, Regional Workplace Experience, EMEA & APAC

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Regional Workplace Experience – EMEA & APAC is responsible for leading Workplace Experience operations across Europe and Asia. This role ensures operational excellence, cost control, and service consistency across a highly diverse and complex international footprint.

What You Will Do

Lead Workplace Experience strategy and day-to-day operations across EMEA and APAC, drive consistency and standardization across offices, partner with regional business leaders and functional teams, own and manage regional operating budgets, and oversee vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, or real estate
• Experience managing operations across multiple countries and cultures (EMEA and/or APAC preferred)
• Strong financial management experience, including opex ownership and capex support
• Experience supporting capital projects and workplace initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
