Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish, preferably also in Portuguese and good knowledge of English
- Strong sales expertise and excellent relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, automotive aftermarket, or lubricants industry in Spain
- Ability to work across teams, foster alignment, and effectively communicate insights and recommendations
- Potential and ambition to take on greater responsibilities and contribute to company's long-term success
