Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

Woliba is a rapidly growing AI-powered workplace wellness and people operations platform seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of scalable, high-performance frontend experiences using React. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and leadership to build intuitive user experiences that support our growing platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React.js in production environments
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend patterns
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques
• Strong Git and version control practices
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools in day-to-day engineering workflows
• Ability to effectively use AI for debugging, refactoring, documentation, and productivity improvements
