Job Description
Join Wolseley Canada as a Payroll & Benefits Manager and lead day-to-day payroll and benefits execution while driving improvements, governance, preparation and readiness for Workday payroll migration to the global tenant.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Progressive experience in payroll and benefits, including managing complex payroll issues and multi-stakeholder needs
- Experience managing annual filings, compliance, audit and pension committee admin for both a DC and DB pension plan
- Demonstrated experience leading teams with strong coaching, prioritization, and performance management capabilities
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and payroll/benefits reporting
